| My favorite
railway is a little local branch line in north eastern bavaria
(frankonia), 1960 to 1965, H0 1/87.
You find it as a red line in the center of the map: Hassfurt to Hofheim, very close to the former iron curtain and the notorious 'Fulda gap'. My part in the project are the last 3 miles from Ruegheim to Hofheim. John Oxlade has a very good presentaion of typical bavarian branch line specifications, I couldn't do it any better! |
